These terms apply to use of yardavelle.co.uk and consumer purchases from YARDAVELLE. Please read them with our Shipping & Delivery page, Return Policy, Privacy Policy, and How To Pay page.

You must have the legal capacity to make a purchase. Provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information and review your order before submitting it.

Product information and availability

Review the product description before ordering, including dimensions, included components, materials where stated, suitability, and manufacturer instructions.

If an item cannot be supplied, we will contact you and explain the applicable cancellation and refund options. We will not replace the product ordered with a different item without your agreement.

Screen settings and lighting may affect how colours appear. This does not remove your rights if an item does not match its description.

Outdoor-product use and care

Follow the manufacturer’s assembly, installation, cleaning, maintenance, storage, and use instructions.

Check any stated weather resistance, weight limits, electrical requirements, and suitability for your intended location. An outdoor product should not be assumed suitable for permanent exposure to every weather condition unless its description or instructions say so.

Keep instructions and product-identification information. Stop using an item if it appears unsafe, becomes damaged, or is affected by a recall. Follow relevant manufacturer and official recall instructions.

Any product-specific warranty applies as described on its product page or in its supplied documentation. A warranty does not replace your statutory rights.

Orders, pricing, and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Before you confirm a purchase, checkout displays the amount payable to YARDAVELLE, including applicable taxes and disclosed charges collected by us.

PayPal is our only checkout payment method. Follow the instructions shown within the PayPal payment flow. Funding options and any currency-conversion charges are determined by PayPal or your funding provider.

An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. A purchase contract is formed when we confirm acceptance by email. A PayPal payment receipt does not, on its own, constitute our acceptance of an order.

If a genuine pricing, availability, or information error is identified before acceptance, we will explain the options. We will not impose a higher price or substitute an item without your consent. Payments collected for an order we cannot accept will be refunded.

Shipping, cancellations, and returns

Standard UK shipping is free, with no minimum purchase.

Standard processing takes 1–3 business days, followed by estimated transit of 5–8 business days after dispatch, for a usual total of 6–11 business days. Any different product-specific arrangement must be stated before purchase.

For an unshipped-order cancellation, contact us promptly. Dispatch does not remove any applicable cancellation or return rights.

Our voluntary return-request window is 30 calendar days after receipt. Goods should normally be sent back within 14 calendar days after notice, subject to the arrangements explained in our Return Policy. That policy sets out statutory cancellation rights, return conditions, postage responsibility, and refund deadlines.

Website use and content

Use the website lawfully. Do not submit fraudulent information, misuse another person’s payment details, interfere with website security, or commercially reproduce protected content without permission.

Product names, trademarks, photographs, and other protected materials belong to their respective rights holders.

Third-party websites and services have their own terms and privacy arrangements. YouCan provides our store platform, and PayPal processes payments as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Complaints

If you have a complaint, email support@yardavelle.co.uk with your order number, a description of the issue, and the outcome you are seeking. We will investigate and respond.

Your legal rights and changes to these terms

Nothing in these terms restricts mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If an event outside our reasonable control affects an order, we will explain the situation and available options. Such an event does not automatically remove your cancellation or refund rights.

We may update these terms for future use and orders. Changes do not retrospectively reduce rights relating to an existing purchase. You retain access to any court or other remedy available under applicable law.
