How To Pay

Pay with PayPal

PayPal is the only checkout payment method offered by YARDAVELLE.

Complete your payment through the PayPal checkout flow. The funding options PayPal displays may depend on availability and your circumstances.

How to place an order

  1. Review the product description, price, dimensions, and available options.
  2. Select the required option and quantity, then add the item to your cart.
  3. Check your cart and correct any details.
  4. Enter your contact and delivery information.
  5. Review the total payable in GBP, including applicable taxes and disclosed charges. Standard UK delivery is free.
  6. Select PayPal and follow its on-screen instructions.
  7. Complete any verification PayPal requests within its payment service.
  8. Keep your PayPal receipt and YARDAVELLE order communications.

A PayPal receipt confirms a payment. Our Terms & Conditions explain when YARDAVELLE accepts an order.

Currency and payment status

Store prices and checkout totals are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Any separate currency-conversion or funding-source charges are determined by PayPal or your bank and should be checked before approving payment.

If PayPal shows a pending payment, check its status and contact us before attempting another payment.

Payment assistance

If a payment fails, follow the information displayed by PayPal and contact PayPal or your funding provider where appropriate.

For an order-related payment enquiry, email support@yardavelle.co.uk with your order number or PayPal transaction reference.

Do not send card security codes, PINs, passwords, or one-time verification codes to us.

Refunds

Refunds are normally issued against the original PayPal transaction. PayPal returns the money under its rules to the original payment method.

If that route is unavailable, we will expressly agree an appropriate alternative with you. PayPal or your bank may need additional processing time after we issue the refund.
