What does YARDAVELLE sell?

YARDAVELLE focuses on outdoor living, garden products, and practical backyard essentials. Check each product page for its description, dimensions, materials, and care requirements.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to UK addresses accepted at checkout. Any product-specific or postcode restrictions are explained before purchase.

Is shipping free?

Yes. Standard UK shipping is free, with no minimum purchase.

How long does delivery take?

Standard processing takes 1–3 business days. Estimated transit after dispatch is 5–8 business days, giving a usual total of 6–11 business days.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Any different product-specific schedule will be stated before purchase.

How can I pay?

PayPal is our only checkout payment method. Select PayPal and follow its payment instructions. The funding options PayPal offers within its own checkout may vary.

Prices and checkout totals are shown in GBP.

Will I receive tracking?

Where tracking is available, we email the details after dispatch. Orders sent in separate parcels may have separate tracking references.

Can I cancel an order?

Contact support@yardavelle.co.uk promptly with your order number. If an order has already been dispatched, applicable cancellation and return rights remain available.

Can I return an item?

We offer a 30-day return-request window alongside your statutory rights. Tell us within 30 calendar days after receiving the item and follow the return arrangements in our Return Policy.

For change-of-mind returns, you normally pay the direct return postage. We cover reasonable return costs for valid defective, damaged, or incorrect-item claims. There is no restocking fee.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct change-of-mind exchanges. Return an eligible item for a refund and place a separate order for the preferred item. A replacement for faulty, damaged, or incorrect goods may be arranged where appropriate.

How will my refund be returned?

Refunds are normally issued against the original PayPal transaction. PayPal routes the refund under its rules to the original payment method. The time for it to appear can vary.
